Shipped from our warehouse in New York, US. Express shipping is done through UPS/DHL and takes approximately 3-5 days for the entire delivery within US.

We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping via USPS/FEDEX/UPS/DHL! Please note that it takes us on average 3 to 5 business days to prepare your order before shipping it. We do everything in our power to bring your order to you as quickly as possible! Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time, depending on your country or region, is between 7 and 21 business days. Please take into account any holidays that might affect delivery times.

How long does shipping take? Shipping time varies depending on location. These are our estimates:

Force majeure, which includes but is not limited to acts of government, natural events, fire, explosions, typhoons, floods, earthquakes, tides, lightning, wars, means any event that is beyond the reasonable control of the party and cannot be prevented with reasonable care.

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items: If your order includes a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship all available items immediately and the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as we have them available. So, if you have ordered more than one item in a single order and receive only part of your items, don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly thereafter.

Track Your Order: You will receive a confirmation email and/or a text message, if you have provided a mobile number, which includes a shipment tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to appear.

Do you provide shipment tracking information? Yes, you will receive an email once your order has been shipped that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

If your tracking says “No information available at the moment,” it might take 2-5 business days for the shipping company to update the tracking information in the online system. If there is still no information on your tracking code within 5 days since you received it, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package? For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.
